U.S. Coupling & Accessories, Inc. was started in 2004 to manufacture firefighting equipment and related water transfer products for the municipal and industrial firefighting markets.  In 2010, we expanded our catalog to incorporate products for umbilical slurry (manure) spreading and industrial water transfer (fracking).  These additions pushed us to the forefront of the fluid transfer industry where we continually provide the highest quality products at competitive prices. 

Here at U.S. Coupling, we rely on technology and innovation to achieve our goal of customer satisfaction with investment in computer numerical control machinery.  We offer engineering based solution development for customer problems and needs. This methodology allows U.S. Coupling to offer new and unique product designs for the transfer of water, and allow for the improvement of the older “tried and true” designs in the market.
Being the market leader in the niche markets we serve has given us a broad experience within those markets to facilitate the concept, design, and manufacture of many products related to the handling of large diameter hose for fluid transfer.
About Us
U.S. Coupling utilizes the latest Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machinery for the precision machining required for the manufacturing of all our products.
Located in Southeast Alabama, U.S. Coupling is housed in a 50,000-square foot facility on ten acres of land for future expansion. All machining, anodizing, fabrication, and assembly is done in house.
U.S. Coupling retains an inhouse design and engineering department utilizing the latest software for design (CAD) and machining (CAM) to create all our products.
100% of our metals are sourced from North America manufacturers. All extrusions are produced in Pennsylvania, and all castings are produced in Brampton Ontario Canada.
U.S. Coupling has the capability to take your large diameter lay-flat hose connection or accessory from design through to the field. CNC machining, Laser cutting, Fabrication, Anodizing, and Assembly processes allow projects large and small to be tackled.
